If you don't need another couch but want a spare bed that you can fold up to save space, Fu-Chests are a wonderful option. These innovative futons fold up into a "chest." Obviously, there are no drawers in the Fu-Chest, but you can put plants, photo displays or other decorative items on top so that your Fu-Chest looks like a real chest of drawers. This faux chest of drawers will take up less space than a traditional futon couch sleeper unit.

Available in Full Size only, the Fu-Chest permanently houses any standard six-inch tall, full-size futon mattress. It is built to last with tongue and groove, sturdy case construction and reinforced side panels. It moves easily about the room on glides. This specially designed futon fits perfectly into the Fu-Chest (sold separately). These futons have cotton/polyester duck covers with zippered closures. Filling is egg-crate foam, cotton and Dacron polyester. Special tufting ensures layers stay in place even after repeated folding. Available in Black, Red and Natural. **Although the Fu-Chest will accommodate any standard 6" thick futon, a lightweight futon is recommended. Search Sku#'s 104125, 104127, 104131 for Fu-Chests.
